A Philadelphia rescue who now lives the city life with Brooke Black, Indy brings an entirely different kind of expertise to B&B: boundless enthusiasm, an impressive knowledge of Philadelphia's best walking routes, and an uncanny ability to know exactly when everyone needs a break.

With her signature curls, expressive eyes, and unmistakable personality, Indy has never met a room she couldn't brighten.

FROM RESCUE TO THE C-SUITE

Indy's journey from Philadelphia rescue to Chief Morale Officer is perhaps one of B&B's favorite success stories.

Today, she takes her executive responsibilities very seriously—greeting the team, accompanying Brooke whenever possible, conducting highly unofficial neighborhood research, and ensuring that no workday becomes so busy that there isn't time for a walk, a little play, or the occasional treat.

Her leadership philosophy is refreshingly simple:

As a true city dog, Indy takes her Philadelphia responsibilities seriously.

She specializes in enthusiastic welcomes, spontaneous meetings, strategic walks, expertly timed requests for treats, and unconditional support.
