Our 25 meter Jr. Olympic sized swimming pool is the only regulation lap pool in a Center City condominium. Enjoy year round swimming in the glass enclosed atrium with large sliding doors that open to our riverfront deck in the warmer months. After your swim, take a dip in the Jacuzzi or enjoy some time in our steam room and sauna.

Get your heart rate going on the machine of your choice - treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, rowing machines, and our recently added Peloton bike. Center City Shuttle
Our residents can hop on a complimentary shuttle for round trip service to several stops in Center City as well as 30th Street Station. The service is available Monday - Friday (except major holidays).
Onsite Parking
Waterfront Square features a secure gated entry which is staffed around the clock and a large covered parking garage. Each residence comes with a parking license for one car, and additional licenses may be available for purchase. Have an electric vehicle? Power up at one of our Chargepoint EV charging stations!

All of our towers include well-equipped community rooms directly off of their bright and spacious lobbies. Frequently used for Board and Committee meetings, the Community Rooms can also be reserved by residents for private parties and functions.

Recreation
The Delaware River Trail is right outside our door and connects Waterfront Square to beautiful Penn Treaty Park. Bike, walk, or jog along the beautifully landscaped river trail behind Rivers Casino. We’re looking forward to the planned expansion of the trail in 2021, linking Waterfront Square to Penn’s Landing.
