With more than two decades of distinguished real estate experience and an impressive history of leadership, talent acquisition, and strategic business growth, Jan brings exceptional expertise and invaluable insights to her pivotal role within our organization.

Jan is a highly accomplished real estate professional, licensed for over 20 years, having held prominent leadership roles with several of the industry's most prestigious brands, including Century 21, Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX, and most recently, Realty ONE Group. Notably, during her tenure at Coldwell Banker, she earned national recognition as one of the company's top recruiters—an acknowledgment reflecting her outstanding ability to identify talent, cultivate high-performing teams, and drive organizational success.

Most recently, Jan served as the Director of Growth for multiple Realty ONE Group franchises. In this strategic role, she was instrumental in significantly expanding the company’s market presence while cultivating a culture rooted in professionalism, collaboration, and excellence.

As our new Executive Director of Operations, Jan will strategically oversee day-to-day operational activities, agent services, and initiatives designed to enhance both client satisfaction and agent productivity across all areas of B&B Luxury Properties.
