A Very Special Mother's Day Message
The House at Rueil by Edouard Manet. I remember when I started working on the 10 Rittenhouse Square project and the developer insisted we call the condo units homes; not a unit but a home. Anyone can build a house but life makes a home; a place to reflect, a lifestyle, a place where memories are made and a place of hope. As a Mother and Grandmother our home is where we all come together for holidays, birthdays, or just to stop by and sometimes a safe place to land. Just as Eduoard Manet shared his view of The House at Rueil in front of him one wonders what life was like inside the home. In this challenging time of change and uncertainty I wish all the moms, stepmoms, grandmothers, godmothers and aunts a very special day as they create life in their homes during this very special "stay at home" Mother's Day.
